Volunteers from Nationwide have again donated their time to help with the garden at The Squirrels.
They have removed a mountain of weeds and even a tree as well as prepared an area ready for bark.
A fence covered in ivy also got some TLC, the ivy has now gone and it’s been given a lick of paint so it is looking so much better.
Manager of The Squirrels, Christie Ireson, explains how this is the area that the children look out onto from their bedrooms.
The work of the Nationwide volunteers has given them a lovely new clean and bright area to look out at, with solar lights and wind chimes it is a fantastic sensory space for the children!
