Thank you to Kier WSP Highways for supporting Gosset ward with your £500 donation!
[caption id="attachment_3424" align="aligncenter" width="980"] Rebecca Miller and Andy Leighton from Kier WSP Highways, with Gosset Ward team[/caption] The Brixworth team at Kier WSP Highways have historically supported national charities with their fundraising of cake sales, auctions and lucky dips, however this year they decided to support a local charity so that they knew exactly how the money they raised would be used to make a difference.
Gosset ward was chosen by the Brixworth team as last year a team member’s grandson Tommy was born very prematurely and he was treated on Gosset Ward.
The whole Brixworth team followed the ups and downs that was Tommy’s birth, all the way through until he was discharged and they were so impressed with his care that they decided to support the ward at their Easter Cake Sale, which raised £500.
