Greencore chose to support Gosset ward as they like to support local charities at the “core” of the community.
They also have members of staff who have used the ward previously; and currently have a member of staff now who is on the ward with their baby.
“You don’t realise what it’s about until you’re in it” Andy said when he came to present their donation to the ward.
How they raised the donation Greencore work very closely with Marks and Spencer and supply them with fresh food to sell in their stores.
Marks and Spencer awarded Greencore £12,000 to support the charities of their choice.
As well as Gosset Ward, they gave £6,000 to Cynthia Spencer!
Andy Tebbs, General Manager of Greencore at Moulton Park came in to present the very grateful Gosset ward staff with a cheque for £6,000!!
