A big thank you to Chandrika Raja for abseiling the Northampton Lift Tower and raising £768.53 for the Oncology department and Finedon Ward.
As she was unable to make it to our Charity Abseil Day on 30th June, we are so grateful to Chandrika Raja for arranging her own abseil a few weeks later.
Setting up a Justgiving Page and using good old-fashioned sponsor forms, Chandrika raised a fantastic £768.53!!
These funds have been split equally between the Oncology department and Finedon Ward, as she wished to raise money in aid of cancer care and to support liver transplant care at the hospital.
Chandrika said, “The abseil was great!
I was a little scared at first but really enjoyed it in the end!”
