To mark the year anniversary of launching Jeyes’s Northamptonshire Sauce, the Jeyes Family visited us last week to present us with a generous cheque for £1,222.00 for the New Outside Play Area appeal for the children’s wards at Northampton General Hospital.
This donation was generated from sales of their charity cookbook – A Taste of Jeyes’s Northamptonshire Sauce Cookbook.

The dozens of recipes in the cookbook were all lovingly created, cooked and shared by family, friends, local celebrities, award-winning chefs and Northamptonshire food and drink venues from across the county.
Our very own Charity Accountant, Caroline Donaghy submitted one of her grandma's favourite recipes, which was included too!
Jeyes’s Northamptonshire Sauce and the cookbook is sold in various delis, shops, restaurants across Northamptonshire.
More information about where the saucy journey started can be found if you visit the Jeyes's Northamptonshire Sauce website.
We would like to say a massive thank you to the Jeyes family and all those that contributed to the cookbook and purchased a book.
This donation will make a massive difference to some of our youngest patients.
