A special thank you to Tom Goddard & his two sisters Pamela Jones & Lesley Lansdell for donating in memory of their lovely mum.
[caption id="attachment_3104" align="aligncenter" width="980"] Tom Goddard & his sisters, Pam and Lesley with the Allebone team; Debbie Curtis, Lorna Boswell and Soneya Joby[/caption] Tom Goddard and his two sisters, Pamela Jones and Lesley Lansdell came in to present funds they had raised in memory of their mum, Jean and to thank the Allebone ward team for the wonderful care Jean had received when on the ward last year.
Lorna Boswell, Debbie Curtis and Soneya Joby from the Allebone team came to meet the family.
Lorna said, “We really appreciate the family thinking of the ward in memory of Jean and we will use this very kind donation to improve our ward side rooms and to buy some cutlery for our stroke patients”.
The family raised the money by organising a ball on what would have been their mum Jean’s 90th birthday, on 15th June 2019.
Together with a raffle they raised an amazing £1,251.92!
