A big thank you to Michelle Munday & Wendy Stone for raising £1,265 in aid of Gosset ward by walking a MILLION steps in March.
Michelle Munday (centre) pictured with daughter, Carly and baby Noah presenting donation to staff on Gosset ward.
Little baby Noah was due on the 9th May, but decided he was ready to come and see the world early……..13 weeks early!
At only 27 weeks Noah arrived weighing a tiny 2Ib 8 oz and is being cared for on Gosset ward.
The family wanted to thank the staff for all of the care that they’ve given not just to Noah, but for the support given to his parents and family as well.
So, Grandmothers Michelle and Wendy decided they would walk an incredible one million steps between them in March, to raise money to say thank you.
The ladies absolutely crushed their target and on the last day climbed Mount Snowdon, bearing pants and all!!
Raising £1,265.37!!
What a fantastic achievement!
This distance walked equals to about 500 miles!
Thank you, Michelle & Wendy for your amazing support for Gosset ward!
