Terms and Conditions for The Northamptonshire Health Charity Super Draw 2025
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Northamptonshire Health Charity Super Draw(“the Raffle”) operated by the Northamptonshire Health Charitable Fund (“the Promoter”), registered charity number 1165702, with its registered office at Springfield, Cliftonville, Northampton, NN15BE. 1.2 By purchasing a raffle ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Promoter is licensed and regulated in by West Northamptonshire Council under GAMBLING ACT 2005 – REGISTRATION OF SMALL SOCIETY LOTTERY RE: SL0157 – Northamptonshire Health Charitable Fund and adheres to the Gambling Commission regulations and guidelines. The Responsible Person is Alfie Wright, who can be contacted at the above address.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Raffle is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over; except for paid employees of the Charity and any person living in their household.
2.2 No entries can be sold to, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18.
2.3 If an entry is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 they will be disqualified from the raffle and will forfeit their prize and the purchase price will be returned.
2.2 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets. The Charity reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms.
3. Raffle Tickets
3.1 Tickets are priced at £1 each.
3.2 All payments are processed by the Promoter’s trusted partner, the platform Online Giving Ltd (trading as Enthuse) is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 for the provision of payment services, under the reference number 797344.
3.4 The maximum number of tickets per individual is limited to 100.
4. Payment
4.1 Payments for raffle tickets must be made in pounds sterling (£) by debit card via the Enthuse platform. The use of credit cards to purchase raffle tickets is prohibited by the UK Gambling Commission.
4.2 Any ticket purchases that have not been paid for in full will be deemed invalid.
4.3 To guarantee entry into the draw, entries must be received by 26th May 2025 at 5pm. Entries received after this date may be treated as a donation until the draw date, after 30th May 2025 all entries received after this date will be treated as a donation.
4.4 The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are delayed for any reason including as a result of any, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
5. Draw
5.1 The Raffle draw will take place on 30th May 2025. The draw date is clearly advertised on the Promoter’s website.
5.2 Should circumstances beyond our control dictate, the draw may take place on another day. Players will be kept up to date on the Northamptonshire Health Charity website.
5.2 Winners will be drawn at random in-person at the office of Northamptonshire Health Charity from all valid entries received before the closing date.
5.3 The draw will be conducted by utilising a Random Number Generator. The results of the draw are final.
6. Prizes
6.1 Prizes are as described on the Charity’s website and promotional materials. Images of prizes displayed on our website and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.
6.2 The Charity reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Charity’s control make it necessary to do so.
6.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6.4 Winners will be notified by email or phone within 2 working days of the draw. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the Promoter of any changes to personal data.
6.5 If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Publicity
7.1 The Charity may require winners to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Raffle, including the use of their name and photograph in promotional materials.
7.2 By entering the Raffle, winners agree to not unreasonably withhold the use of their name and image for such purposes.
8. Data Protection
8.1 The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Charity’s Privacy Policy, available at www.northamptonshirehealthcharity.co.uk/privacy/
8.2 Entrants’ personal data will be used to enable entrants to participate in the Raffle and may also be used to promote future updates and opportunities to support the Promoter on the grounds of legitimate interest or consent. 9. Liability
9.1 The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage suffered by any entrant or third party as a result of participating in the Raffle or accepting a prize.
9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures or delays with any entry method, nor for any entries which are lost, incomplete, or otherwise not received correctly.
10. Responsible Gambling
10.1 The Promoter is committed to ensuring that information about how to gamble responsibly and how to access information and help in respect of problem gambling is readily available to all. Please refer to the Northamptonshire Health Charity Website.
11. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
