The Northampton Pipe Band entertained visitors to Northampton Market Square during one Sunday in December and raised an amazing £267.40 in an hour.
The generous donations from the Christmas shoppers were given to Paddington and Disney Ward.
Nick Tysoe, from the Northampton Pipe Band said that they would like to continue to raise funds for a local cause and feel that they would like the hospital to benefit from their other fundraising throughout the next year.
