Glenmoor have made this donation to the Corby Collaborative Care Team in recognition for the support the team give to the residents and staff at the home.
Sarah Bray and Annie Woods make up the team and are so grateful to receive this very kind donation in recognition for their hard work and support.
Some of the donation has been used for Sarah to attend a training course in assessing older patients and covering falls and falls prevention.
This enhances the training Sarah has that will now further benefit those patients she helps to look after in Corby.
The remainder of the funds will be used for other training courses and books that will further enhance the care the team are able to provide to elderly patients under their care.
