Across a number of fantastic events held last year at their head office in Brackmills, this team raised a whopping £4,102.21 for Northamptonshire Health Charity towards the appeal for Brampton!
These included charity stalls in the East Square, Bake Off cake tasting and samosa and sweet sales.
Head of Fundraising, Alison McCulloch attended a number of these events, "Your samosa sales and tombolas went down a storm every time!
Thank you all so much for your continued support for us!" Thanks to the employee matched funding scheme the team's total contribution is a mountainous £7,934!
This makes up a huge bulk of the funds needed to transform this room on the elderly medicine ward at Northampton General Hospital.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in raising this astronomical amount for us.
You really helped get us to the end!!
This room is going to make such a big difference to elderly patients, many who have dementia.
It will be a space away from the noisy ward where a patient can spend time with their relatives in privacy.
It will provide a space for confidential and often difficult discussions staff might need to have with family members and it will also be able to be used by the Activities Coordinator for patient activities.
