The event raised £5,700 to support the Focal Therapy Appeal, which aims to bring equipment to Northampton General Hospital that will provide a less invasive treatment option for prostate cancer.
The event began with a breakfast roll and refreshments before players headed out for a Stableford four-ball competition with a shotgun start. After the round, guests enjoyed a two-course meal, a raffle and auction, a prize, and a presentation about the appeal and the benefits of focal therapy as a treatment for prostate cancer.
Teams included local businesses and community supporters, with many enjoying the opportunity to spend the day with colleagues and friends while raising funds for the appeal.

Thanks also to those involved, including the golf clubs and local organisations who donated prizes, and to all who helped organise and run the event.
Tollers Solicitors won the competition, followed by DBFB Communications in second place and Ace Furniture in third. Trophies were awarded to the top three teams and an additional award for best dressed team went to BF Brickwork.
