Applications over £10,000

Charity Funding Applications Over £10,000 – submission deadline 12th August 2025

We’d like to let you know that the process for charity funding applications has recently been updated. Applications requesting over £10,000 will now be reviewed by the relevant Charity Sub-Committee (previously, this applied to requests over £5,000).  If you are planning to submit a funding request of over £10,000, please ensure that your completed online application (link to form: For NHS staff – Northamptonshire Health Charity)) is submitted by Monday, 12th August 2025.

To help us process your request efficiently, please make sure the application:

  • Has appropriate management endorsement
  • Complies with all relevant Trust procedures (Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Infection Prevention & Control, IT, and Governance)
  • Includes full costings and quotes

You will also be invited to attend the relevant Sub-Committee meeting in September to present your request and respond to any questions from the committee. The meeting dates are:

  • Patient Pathway (10am) and Environment Enhancements (2pm)16th September 2025
  • Staff Wellbeing and Development (2pm)29th September 2025

We ask for all submissions by 12th August so we can review each application and ensure everything is in place for the committee’s consideration, which helps prevent delays in a decision being made.  Please note, the next round of Sub-Committee meetings will not take place until April 2026. In exceptional circumstances, Sub-Committees may consider urgent or extraordinary requests outside of the scheduled meetings.
